Our expert range covers the entire spectrum of CCTV, Access Control, Fire System, PABX, IBMS.

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in ELV / IBMS service and maintenance projects. Must have a technical background in Electronic Security Systems such as CCTV, BMS, PA, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Time Attendance, Nurse Call Systems, etc. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems. Responsible for breakdown calls, AMC support, and service ticket resolution within defined TAT. Coordinate with clients, OEMs, and vendors for issue resolution, spares, and system upgrades. Perform system health checks, testing, commissioning support, and minor configuration changes. Prepare service reports, visit logs, and documentation after each site visit. Must have experience in handling multiple sites/projects independently. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.
