Job Description
- Responsible and Accountable for Overall Maintenance of all Instruments and Machines installed in CRE, Oral Dosage, Vial & Ampoule Dept. Related to electrical, electronics, mechanical problems.
- Handle the Maintenance & Programming of all ELECTRICAL POWER PANEL, PLC's & AC / DC Drives installed in the Plant.
- Routine responsibilities include review and execution of preventive Maintenance.
- Handle the Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of all Plant Machineries, especially on Electrical issues.
- Responsible for Documentation like DQ/IQ/OQ, SOP's and all documents related to the machine.
- Responsible for maintaining & submission of documents related to Daily/Monthly/Yearly Utility Consumption Report & Pollution related Report.
- Looking for all Plant PLC's, Drives, Instruments, and Electronics PCB maintenance.
- Troubleshoot the entire Machine problem related to Software and program
- Moderate Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Responsible and Accountable for Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance of all electrical related issues with machines and utilities.
