ELECTRO ZAVOD - JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title:Service Engineer - ElectricalReports To:Manager - Sales & ServiceJob Location:Sankrail Industrial Park, Dhulagarh, Dist : Howrah - 711302Compensation:Up to 4 Lacs / AnnumJob Overview:Support the Sales and Service teams in fulfilling customer requirements pertaining to commissioning and service of productsKey Responsibilities and Duties:

• Executing smooth installation and commissioning of products at client sites in line with planned cost and time schedule, following work procedures for compliance with quality systems and statutory requirements
• Liaise with Projects, Engineering, Sales teams and other stakeholders as required to obtain full technical and commercial briefing prior to travelling to site
• Train customer personnel as per requirement during commissioning
• Fault diagnosis and repairing of products at client site
• Prepare and ensure timely handover of documents after completion of commissioning / repairing, to the Sales / Service team
• Compile detail report on completion of assignment

Qualifications & Capabilities:

• Diploma in Electrical Engg. with a consistent academic record
• Capability to independently service / erect and commission products at client site
• Customer interaction for technical issue, Pre sales support
• Expertise in MS-Office platforms like Excel, Word
• CAD operating knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and willing to work in inter disciplinary teams
• Ready to travel at domestic / international level as per requirement

Experience:2 to 6 yrs of post qualification experience in commissioning and servicing of electrical products and equipment. However freshers can also apply.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?400,000.00 per yearBenefits:
