We are looking for candidate who has experienced in welding machines

Position: Service Engineer

Department: Service / Technical Support

Experience Required: 2-5 years (Welding machines / Industrial equipment service)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of welding machines and related equipment.

Diagnose technical faults and carry out repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client sites.

Provide preventive maintenance support to ensure machine uptime and reliability.

Attend customer service calls and resolve welding equipment issues promptly.

Maintain service reports, documentation, and feedback records.

Support customers with operational guidance and basic training on welding equipment.

Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts, warranty claims, and service scheduling.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during service activities.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of welding machines (MIG/TIG/ARC/SAW) and power electronics.

Ability to analyze circuit diagrams and identify faults.

Good hands-on experience with tools, meters, and testing equipment.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel for service calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
