About the Role (Service engineer exp. 2 years minimum)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused

Service Engineer

to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our equipment and systems. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and directly with customers onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate should have atleast 2 years experience in this field.

Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose technical issues and execute timely solutions to minimize downtime. Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers and internal teams. Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately. Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service. Follow safety standards, company procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field). Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and diagrams. Proficiency with tools, testing instruments, and relevant software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in servo drives and ac drives . Knowledge of PLCs, automation, or computer networking. Certifications in maintenance, safety, or specialized equipment. Familiarity with CRM or service management software.
