Installation & Commissioning

: Responsible for setting up and configuring digital printing machines in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to reduce downtime.

Customer Support

: Respond to customer queries, offer technical assistance, and train users in the operation of digital printing equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults.

Performance Monitoring

: Track machine performance, identify potential problems, and recommend enhancements for increased efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of service activities, technical reports, repairs, and customer communications.

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital printing technologies and equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Report directly to the

Service Manager

. Coordinate and follow up on product delivery and installation. Hold a

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, or Printing. Proven experience as a

Service Engineer

, preferably within the

digital printing industry

. In-depth understanding of

digital printing technologies

, including

UV Inkjet

,

Water-based Inkjet

, and other printing processes. Strong diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving

mechanical

,

electrical

, and

software issues

. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and team members. Commitment to

prompt and effective customer service

, addressing concerns and ensuring operational satisfaction. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles. Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems and devise effective solutions. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in operating systems and standard software applications. Certifications in

digital printing technologies

or related fields will be considered an advantage.
