The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal performance of our audiology and ENT product range while delivering high-quality technical support to hospitals, clinics, and distributors across India.Key Responsibilities:Install and commission audiology and ENT equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per defined schedules.Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers across India.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and calibration issues.Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation.Conduct customer demonstrations and technical training sessions.Ensure compliance with manufacturer protocols, safety norms, and quality standards.Handle repair and calibration of devices at the service centre or on-site.Support sales and applications teams during product evaluations and trials.Manage service tools, spare parts, and consumable inventory effectively.Willingness to travel locally and across India as required.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/reporting tools.Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred.Sound understanding of electronics, software interfaces, and calibration processes.Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills.Email your CV to hr (at) anddjobs (dot) com or WhatsApp Helpline: 088006 67623Andd Jobs
