Offer prompt and effective solutions to resolve technical issues, aiming to minimize downtime and disruptions. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, technologies, and industry trends. Stay up to date with product updates, service bulletins, and technical documentation. Provide training to customers on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Install, configure, and test company products or systems at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of equipment to identify potential problems or performance Perform repairs, replacements, or upgrades of faulty components or systems to restore functionality. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, and technical solutions provided.
