Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support for our clients, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and functioning optimally. This role requires a strong technical background in industrial maintenance, along with excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance schedules and work orders. Fabricate components as necessary to support equipment functionality and efficiency. Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot low voltage systems and resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Skills

Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and team members. Experience with precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments of equipment conditions. Knowledge of low voltage systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while addressing client needs promptly. Familiarity with ammeter usage for electrical testing purposes. Understanding of militarized standards in industrial settings is a plus. Solid background in industrial maintenance practices, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
