Key Responsibilities:
Handle
safe and timely delivery
of medical equipment to customers.
Perform
installation, demonstration, and basic service/maintenance
of products (training will be provided).
Provide excellent
customer interaction
, explain product usage, and resolve basic queries.
Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, service calls, and feedback.
Support store incharge in managing returns, pick-ups, and stock handling.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and company guidelines are followed during deliveries.
Report any escalations, faults, or customer issues to the service team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic technical aptitude (electronics/mechanical knowledge preferred).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel locally for deliveries.
Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Physically fit to handle medical equipment delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass or above
Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
What We Offer:
