Job Description

ob Purpose:

To provide technical service, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting support for crushers and associated equipment at client sites, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of crushers (jaw, cone, impact, VSI) and screening equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in crushing equipment. Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical improvements and feedback. Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer visit records. Train operators and site maintenance teams on equipment handling and safety. Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service calls. Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and service documentation. Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational policies during on-site activities. Support sales and demo teams during field trials and product demonstrations.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of crushing and screening plants. Hands-on experience in hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and mechanical assemblies. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently to remote sites.
