Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service mechanical and concreting equipment at client sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and ensure optimal performance of machines.
Provide on-site technical support, training, and guidance to customers.
Maintain service logs, job sheets, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support customer requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist in demonstrations or trials of equipment when needed.
Follow safety standards and company guidelines during service activities.
Required Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical concepts.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field tasks.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
