Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 2-6 Years

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.Mech) / B.E. Mechanical

Eligibility: Candidates passed out between 2019-2023 can apply

Preferred Industry Background: Chillers, Industrial Coolers, Air Dryers, Compressors

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (including performance-based incentives)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Service Engineer

to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of

chillers, industrial coolers, air dryers, and compressors

. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality service support to customers in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

Carry out installation and commissioning of chillers, coolers, air dryers, and compressors at client sites.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.

Customer Support

Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers. Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service logs, reports, and records of equipment performance. Provide feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to safety standards and company policies during service activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E. Mechanical.

Experience:

2-6 years in service engineering, preferably in chillers, industrial coolers, air dryers, or compressors.

Skills:

Strong mechanical and technical knowledge. Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
