Responsibilities:

As a

Service Engineer

, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our transformers operate efficiently and meet customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting transformer-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Conducting installation, maintenance, and servicing of transformers at client locations. Performing quality control analysis and test runs to ensure transformers meet required standards. Resolving equipment malfunctions and providing effective technical solutions. Managing service reports, documenting issues, and ensuring proper communication with clients. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all service operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

in transformer servicing, maintenance, or related electrical equipment.

Qualification:

Diploma in

Electrical Engineering

or a relevant field.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting abilities, quality control expertise, and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel to customer sites across South as required.

Technical Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with transformer testing, fault detection, and preventive maintenance.
