Job Specification Role - Furniture Service and installation Engineer Experience - Essential: Degree/Diploma in Engineering Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Production) Location - Chandigarh and Bhubaneswar Qualification – 2 years of work experience for Degree in Engineering or 4 years of work experience for Diploma in Engineering CTC – 7.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA KRA 1. Service delivery and Customer satisfaction 2. Revenue Generation 3. Working Capital Management 4. System Development and Implementation

• 1. Managing product / service installation and break fix as per FCT and CCT norms
• 2. Ensuring effective and speedy resolution of problems / customer complaints
• 3. Monitoring and reviewing service delivery quality and response patterns
• 4. Achieve service revenues as per plan
• 5. Managing outstanding and stocks as per norms
• 6. Strengthening the service network by appointing franchisee outlets and service contractors in required location
• 7. Providing training to contractor, franchise and WD personnel
• 8. Implementing mechanism for objective feedback on product and service quality
• 9. Monitoring performance of service model and take corrective action if required
• 10. Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements
• 11. CSI
