Responsibilities:
? Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.
? Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
? Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to address customer concerns and resolve technical issues.
? Provide technical support to customers, assisting with operational inquiries, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
? Create detailed service reports, documenting service activities, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements.
? Assist in the development and improvement of service procedures, documentation, and technical resources to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
? Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements to provide informed recommendations and ensure service excellence.
? Manage and maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory, ensuring their availability and proper functionality.
? Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential service contract opportunities and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
