Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Bengaluru - Hoskote. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Chlorine Dioxide Dosing system and solutions. The engineer will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers to provide satisfactory service along with a reporting structure to Pune Head office Qualifications Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance & repair of technical systems (i.e Dosing systems) Field service experience in a similar industry. Good communication skills (Hindi / Kannada / Telugu) Ability to provide technical support to customers. Experience in the biosecurity industry is a plus. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
