We are looking for a skilled

Service Engineer

with hands-on experience in the

installation and maintenance

of AV products such as

interactive displays, projectors, video conferencing bars, amplifiers, CCTV systems

, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain AV and surveillance systems at client locations Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution Provide on-site and remote support as required Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless service delivery Prepare service reports and maintain installation documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-2 years of relevant experience in AV product servicing Strong technical knowledge of AV integration and networking Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests Willingness to travel for onsite installations and support
