Install new autoclave machines and ensure they are set up and calibrated correctly at customer sites.
Troubleshooting and repair:
Diagnose and repair technical faults in various types of autoclaves, using schematics and technical support when needed.
Preventative maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent future problems, which can include cleaning filters, checking seals, and inspecting pressure gauges.
Calibration and testing:
Calibrate the machinery and perform specific tests, such as temperature mapping, steam penetration, and biological indicator testing, to ensure effective sterilization.
On-site support:
Provide technical support to customers at their locations, often carrying spare parts to perform on-the-spot repairs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.
Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical environments.
