Service Engineer Male

Salary:

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services for our range of Agri Food Processing Machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment. Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently. Conduct preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. Provide technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and basic troubleshooting. Document service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and customer communication. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to address customer needs and provide technical insights. Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working with machinery. Manage and maintain service tools and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Agricultural Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment sector. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach. Must be a male candidate from Ambala.
