Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer with a basic knowledge of electrical and electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic components. Provide technical support and training to customers on-site. Maintain service records and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics. Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
