Position:Service Engineer
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience:2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of pharma machines at client sites (domestic & international).
• Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance services as per schedules or customer requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Conduct on-site training and technical support to customer teams.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, electrical, automation) for problem resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support and professional service.
• Travel frequently for service calls, maintenance visits, and installations.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at client sites.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B. Tech. - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
