Global Operations Engineering Service Industrialization Service ECM & Task List Management Service ECM Team is a global team accountable for the management and implementation of all brand service engineering changes (Vestas and Multibrand). The team members are in Denmark, Germany, India, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and the US. We work in close cooperation with several stakeholders across the organization such as operations engineering, platform and Multibrand management, VPS and the regions. We strongly believe in diversified and multi-cultural workforce which can enhance the overall performance of the team and our service to the customers. Responsibilities Analysis of the problem report to define the readiness of the products (e.g., enrichment status, documentation readiness, vendor availability etc.) Analysis of the problem report to define the classification and categorization of the case Analysis of the problem report to define the severity and preliminary size & scale of the change request Impact Analysis & Assessment of the problem based on product readiness data and the type of change request Analysis of the problem report to define the affected departments who should get involved to provide a solution on the change request Analysis of the problem report to define the impacted products based on the case Accept, or reject the problem report (PR) based on the technical analysis & impact Status reporting of PRs analyzed to ECM support, ECM coordinators and management Qualifications Professional with PLM systems and solutions (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras, etc.), preferably with expertise in Windchill, SAP, Power BI skills Experience with management of Bill of Material, Technical Documentation, Task List, & Service Product Knowledge Experience with wind turbine components and products Ability to examine a problem in detail and identify the impact Knowledge of service activities Structured and well organized to priotize requests based on severity and business needs Supply chain & Procurement understanding Effective and accurate decision-making skills. Good communication & presentation skills. English language required Competencies Previous knowledge and experience with management of BOM\'s. Demonstrate effective communication to all levels of the business Professional stakeholder management skills Ability to work with limited supervision with frequent changes in priority Demonstrate a high degree of analytics proficiency Good system and business understanding Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends Good communication & presentation skills.
