We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Desk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring efficient resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support.
Duties
Managing incidents and requests through the service management tool
Provide support for a wide range and constantly evolving applications, software & hardware
Liaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issue
Identify repeat issues or service risks through ticketing tool
Knowledge in ticket tools is must.
Log incidents and faults, categorizing them
Good management skills
Is a good communicator and team player
Flexible and adaptable
Experience working in a similar role as either IT support or on a service desk/help desk is valued
They will take ownership of issues, reporting, and routing issues to support staff.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
