Create and assign service tickets to appropriate technicians or teams for resolution
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
Adhere to established service level agreements and response times for service requests
Vendor management for Service support
Verbal / Written co-ordination with internal teams
Periodic MIS reports preparation
Excel experience is required (V-look up , H-look up , pivot table)
Rs. 30k to 40k per Month CTC/ Experience : Min 3-5 years
