Customer Service Guide preparation and ongoing maintenance.
Preparation of and conducting regular Service Review Meetings.
Performance Report, Service Improvement Plan and Corrective Action Tracking.
Creation and Maintenance of the Customer Service Tracker ensuring all target resolution times are met through direction of CFT\xe2\x80\x99s or escalation.
C-Sat tracking & analysis to foster Continual Service Improvement..Ad Hoc support as directed by Management.
To liaise with all relevant departments e.g.,Commercial, Sales, and Customer Service Operations to ensure commitments / quality targets are met Skills/Experience: Must Have Skills:
Required minimum of 1 year experience in any customer facing role.
Good written and verbal communication skills
