Opening for Service Desk Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to speak multiple regional languages.

Experience:- Freshers to 1 Year

Qualification:- Graduation Mandatory

Locations:- Ghansoli Salary - upto 2.5 LPA

Immediate joiners or 15 days Notice Period can be considered Key Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls efficiently with respective engineers.
Perform call patching and dispatching to the appropriate teams or departments.
Maintain and update daily reports in Excel (basic reporting, call logs, dispatch records, etc.).
Track and follow up with engineers on open calls or pending requests.
Ensure timely communication between field teams, clients, and internal departments.
Provide clear and courteous communication in multiple languages as required.
Fluency in English and at least one or more of the following languages:

Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu.
