The ServiceNow HRSD Administrator will perform software application configuration, development and implementation on one or more computing platforms, with a primary focus on Burns & McDonnell's ServiceNow instance. This role will provide analysis of potential solutions and develop recommendations.


Support the design, build and implementation of enhancements in the HR Service Deliver Module (HRSD). Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Document system processes, configurations, and procedures. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Ensure system compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Research and design solutions based on customer requirements. Maintain programming, documentation, development, and project methodology standards. Perform testing and debug programs throughout the application development process. Serve as Technical expert of the HR ServiceNow platform. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality and workflows. Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering or related field and 4 years required. Agile Development experience preferred. Experience with the HRSD module of ServiceNow. Strong knowledge in programming languages and coding principles and procedures. Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment. Effective written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking skills. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT). Ability to obtain applicable certifications.
