Roles & Responsibilities

Global M365 Governance Support:

Define and manage global M365 governance policies, standards, and guidelines for usage, security, and compliance.

Ensure that all M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and others, are being used securely and consistently across the organization.

Ensure global consistency in M365 usage, data storage, and collaboration tools, establishing clear protocols for regions, departments, and user groups.

Drive regular reviews and audits to assess adherence to governance policies and take corrective actions when necessary.

Global Collaboration & Communication:

Act as the global point of contact for all M365 governance-related queries, issues, and initiatives.

Collaborate with regional IT teams, business units, and leadership to ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of global governance policies.

Communicate changes, updates, and new policies to internal stakeholders and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment across regions.

Change Management:

Lead change management by reviewing and assessing the change request and drive the global M365 Changes in global CAB meetings


Provide training and guidance to regional and Company leaders, ensuring that they understand and adhere to M365 governance standards.

Develop and deliver global training materials and documentation, including best practice guides for M365 users and administrators.
