Job Description

1. TDS Submission & Approval: Coordinating with Procurement team for Submission of TDS of BOQ items to customer/consultant and getting the Approvals.

2. Drawing Submission & Approval: Guiding the Draftsman for preparation of Drawings in 2D/3D as per site requirement. Submitting the same with Customer and getting the Approvals.

3. Engineering Quantities Calculation: Coordinating with Site Engineer / Involving Draftsman, if required to Make-out actual quantity requirement of BOQ Items from Drawings/ Site visits.

4. Engineering Progress: Effectively carry out design work for projects and sharing the same with execution team.

5 Value Engineering: Carry out equipment selection and check if any deviation is possible from tender conditions to make additional savings.

6.Inter-Department Coordination & Client Interaction: Constant follow-up with client for input drawings, clearances & necessary approvals.


7. Customer Satisfaction: Periodic meetings with Clients / Consultants to sort out issues and develop rapport and ensure overall Customer Satisfaction and continuously strive to improve CSI Score.

8. MEP Integration: If part of scope, Address MEP space coordination and implement MEP design coordination & MEP services integration.

9. Maintaining Business relationships: Develop / maintain relationship with major PMC & consultants and customers by show casing engineering as a differentiator.
