What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Learning Experience Design and Development Associate develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Talent Development process Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.

What are we looking for?

oWritten and verbal communication Education: o Graduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. Work Experience: o Prefer content writing or practical industry experience. o Minimum 1-2 yrs. working experience preferably in the learning industry oCritical Thinking oProblem Management oRequired o Strong content writing skills o Good communication skills (verbal and written) o Attention to detail to ensure quality o Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint) Preferred o Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) o Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts o Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools. o Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives. o Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc. o Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review. o Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships. o Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed. o Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily o Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
