Job Title: Account Manager - Delivery & Project Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager who will be responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring seamless project management from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both client relationship management and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. Understand client needs and objectives and ensure that projects align with these goals.

Delivery and Project Management:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic Planning and Development:

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services. Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term client satisfaction and retention. Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in account management, preferably in IT industry. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) is a plus. PMP certification or similar credentials preferred.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
