Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (Remote)



Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end service operations, ensuring consistent delivery, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement across all support functions. The ideal candidate will manage governance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain 24/7 service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead overall service delivery operations and ensure compliance with defined SLAs. Manage governance, reporting, and service performance reviews. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and coordinate resolution. Collaborate with technical and functional teams for seamless service continuity. Monitor incident trends and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Operations Management. Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation handling. Ability to manage distributed/remote teams and ensure round-the-clock coordination. Strong analytical, documentation, and governance reporting skills. Experience with SLA management, service improvement plans, and performance metrics.

Good to Have:



ITIL Foundation or higher certification. Experience in enterprise support environments.
