Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager will own the

complete delivery of all Legal & IP services

including

Trademark, Copyright, Patent and Design filings (500+ filings per month)

from drafting, filing, follow-ups, hearings to final

registration and acceptance of marks

. This role ensures that

every client gets results, timelines are met, objections are handled, hearings are properly prepared, and all documents are accurate and compliant

. You will lead and hire the

service team

, manage

costing, productivity and turnaround time

, solve

client problems, green stuck leads, and convert new problems into new products & revenue streams

. You will also handle

client meetings, pitch decks, business models and delivery for group companies

, while building a strong

sales funnel by resolving service bottlenecks

. You will have

one dedicated right-hand assistant

and authority (with CEO/Board approval) to expand the service team.

Incentives are linked strictly to service output, client satisfaction and revenue delivery

--if targets are not met or issues remain unresolved, the firm can

carry forward or cancel the incentive pool

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,256.07 - ₹2,200,722.13 per year

Work Location: In person
