: Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Location: Bangalore (to work from customer location) Experience: 18 - 20 years Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in IT delivery and program management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharma / Clinical / Life Sciences domains, leading large-scale transformation, implementation, maintenance and support projects. This role requires expertise in managing high-value portfolios, large teams, and driving strategic initiatives for global clients. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Program & Delivery Management: * Lead and oversee the delivery of IT solutions in the Pharma, Clinical, and Life Sciences sectors. * Ensure high-quality execution of transformation and support projects, meeting SLAs and business objectives. Client & Stakeholder Management: * Collaborative, who is able to build a strong and friendly relationship with customers. * Act as a strategic partner to clients, driving business value through innovative IT solutions. * Manage executive-level relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Should be assertive and be able to articulate clearly to customers. * Should have the ability to work in multi-vendor environment, manage POD teams involving consultants from customer as well as other vendors. Team & Financial Management: * Lead and mentor professionals across multiple projects. * Manage a portfolio of $10M+, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Responsible for the P & L for the portfolio Transformation & Innovation: * Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Cloud, Gen AI, Automation, and Data Analytics. * Implement best practices in IT service delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.
