JD - Introduction A results-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cloud, data & analytics and ETL programs. The role focuses on ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery, driving client engagement, and managing distributed teams across Agile/Waterfall environments. Role: Service Delivery Manager Key responsibilities Own delivery of multiple projects/programs (scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders). Manage cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore), resource planning and capacity management. Ensure quality and SLAs through robust QA, test automation and data testing practices. Drive cloud transformation and data platform deliveries (Azure, GCP, AWS, IICS). Coordinate release, CI/CD, environment and production support activities. Communicate status, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders; publish metrics and closure reports. Lead continuous improvement: process, automation, tools and cost optimization. Participate in proposals, estimations and solution feasibility assessments. Required skills & experience 5+ years in Service Delivery / Delivery Manager roles; ~15-20 years in IT preferred. Strong experience in Data & Analytics, ETL and cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP, Informatica Cloud/IICS). Hands-on understanding of data platforms: ADF, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, S3, GCS. Familiar with CI/CD and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Airflow, Redwood RMJ; test management tools (JIRA, qTest, HP ALM). Proven ability to manage QA, test automation and data validation practices. Domain exposure to Insurance (P&C), Supply Chain and ERP/Finance is a plus. Behavioral competencies Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
