The strategic Service Delivery leader is accountable for leading a critical analytics service delivery team operating in a complex, stakeholder-driven environment. This role ensures predictable, high-quality analytics delivery while strengthening team capability, delivery discipline, and readiness for increasing complexity and change. The role is central to enabling the success of adjacent analytics teams and requires strong leadership, structured problem solving, and effective partnership across business, product, technology, and data functions.
What You'll Do
Be accountable for end-to-end analytics service delivery across a complex portfolio, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Establish and continuously strengthen delivery governance, prioritization, and operating rhythms to improve predictability and reduce reactive escalations.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics delivery team, building clear ownership, accountability, and leadership depth.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery, operational, or stakeholder challenges; drive structured root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints, designing mitigation plans ahead of impact.
Partner closely with business, product, technology, and data teams to align analytics delivery with broader enterprise priorities and initiatives.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving changes to analytics platforms, reporting ecosystems, or delivery models, ensuring strong execution and change readiness.
Drive continuous improvement through standardization, simplification, and increased maturity of analytics service delivery.
Enable effective collaboration and dependency management across analytics teams, ensuring seamless support to adjacent or parallel teams.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, service delivery, or operations roles, with demonstrated people leadership experience.
Experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC), travel analytics, or similarly complex, transaction-heavy environments strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading teams delivering analytics or data-driven services at scale and work with cross functional teams across multiple time zones, managing key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose systemic delivery, data, and process challenges.
Strong technical understanding of analytics platforms, data ecosystems, and database-driven environments (SQL), enabling effective leadership during platform and operational change.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
Takes ownership of accuracy, reliability and relevance of the reporting analysis
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), equivalent project management skills
