Description and Requirements

Leads end-to-end delivery for SAP managed services, covering S/4HANA, cloud, and on-prem. Oversees migrations, onboarding, hypercare, SLA compliance, global stakeholder coordination. Champions service improvement, automation, analytics, rapid escalations, audit/security.


Core Technical expertise: SAP Basis, S/4HANA DB, Azure/AWS/cloud, ITIL, ServiceNow, Power BI, financial mgmt.


Certifications : ITIL Expert, PMP, SAP/Cloud Cert, AWS/Azure (preferred)


Experience: 15+ yrs IT service delivery, 8+ SAP/cloud, leadership, finance, comms.
