Job Description

Capturing Feasibility request from internal teams-Sales/Project/ Support , carrying out L1 & L2 feasibility through Service Providers with amicable techno-commercial Solutions.

Order Login -Follow-up with Service provider Sales team for order login within TAT

Link Implementation-Follow-up with Internal teams &Project Team of Service Providers for providing Wired/Wireless customer last mile and backbone link delivery

Testing the delivered links through service provider with internal teams/customer for integration and hand-over of links for production

Uploading feasibilities to Service providers and tracking them till closure

Monthly Performance reports as per agreed formats for Feasibility & Link delivery

Satisfactory closure of escalation. Working out permanent / alternate solution to ensure internal team satisfaction.

B Tech/Diploma preferably E&C with 1 - 2 yrs experience

Good communication skills

Customer Oriented

Good Analytical and presentation skills

CCNA Preferable

Be open-minded, Innovative and Flexible

Background in ISP/IT Service Industry with good knowledge of Service Delivery & feasibility

Personal Attributes : Hardworking, polite, confident and consistent

2 years of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
