We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Service Delivery Associate - Operations
to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage service requests, incidents, and escalations through the ticketing system.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide clear and professional updates via email and calls to all stakeholders.
Track SLAs and ensure service commitments are met.
Maintain accurate documentation for all service activities.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare basic reports on daily/weekly operational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills
- verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of IT concepts (training will be provided).
Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible to work in
night shifts
and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Prior exposure to IT service desk or operations environment.
