What you will be doing

• Cloud Application Support will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of applications hosted in the Cloud Environment to ensure the availability, consistent performance for our clients and also support enhancements and maintenance for the application.
• This is a \xe2\x80\x9chands-on\xe2\x80\x9d position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Experience 3 to 8 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS ).
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Code deployments in Cloud Containers.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
• Should have experience in Cloud Security.
• Experience in any Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS ).
• Experience in architecting, implementing and managing large scale, highly available cloud infrastructure for high volume, secure transaction processing.
• Exposure to Cloud migrations, Information Security, Compliance, Encryption and troubleshooting complex information systems.
• Experience working in large scale Data Center migration, implementation and support
• Experience in Incident & Change Management
• Knowledge in Encryption and Security related to Cloud implementation and Support
• Hands on experience on provisioning and troubleshooting of VMs, Networking and Storage on Cloud.
• Should have administration and troubleshooting experience in Windows and Linux platforms.
• Troubleshooting skills on Active Directory, DNS, and DHC.
• Automation of build, deployment, configuration management and continuous integration.
• Docker implementation
• Monitoring and alerting using Tools like Nagios, Splunk
• Knowledge in Database, SQL
• Knowledge in ITIL process and Service Management
• Knowledge in scripting.
• Knowledge in Load Balancer, Web, App Servers,
