Team and Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Experience Analyst to assist a growing team responsible for providing a best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe in the regulatory space. If you have the curiosity to learn new technology and thrive from building new relationships, this position may be right for you.

Responsibilities

• Act as a delivery manager and assist our Cloud clients in the context of onboarding during the implementation of our Capital Market and Regulatory Reporting solutions.
• Handle all project deliverable ETAs and create the relevant subtasks
• Create and maintain checklists for tracking purposes
• Work directly with our implementation team and customer to inform, plan, and coordinate all aspects of Cloud Integration
• Promote implementation of best practices and technical guidance
• Work closely with our Cloud Operations team to breakdown and schedule implementation tasks
• Follow-up Cloud onboarding issues and ensure Support and Engineering are provided with all relevant information
• Maintain consistent client-facing implementation documents as well as internal procedures and implementation methodology

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working in IT projects within the capital markets industry
• Must have had exposure to a project environment or have support experience (at least 2 years) from a technical or functional perspective
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or I.T
• Good communication skills. Will be working hands-on with customers and other Adenza departments
• Ability to articulate procedures and create a re-usable reference document
• Excellent attention to detail, an organized approach in a multi-tasking environment, and strong problem-solving/facilitation abilities
• Understanding of Cloud projects

Our Office:
Adenza Pune is located on the 8th floor of Baner One Tower, situated on Pan Card Club Road. Good locality with connectivity to Balewadi Highstreet, Pashan Hill, Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Hospitals, Schools, and shopping malls. One can reach these places within a 10-15-minute drive from our office. Our office currently accommodates 120 employees with 5 conference rooms. Our cafeteria is well stocked with plenty of coffee, a vending machine, games, a projector, and a TV.
