Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Provide product information and support to customers Escalate complex issues to senior executives as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Meet customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements:



2 to 3 years of experience in customer care or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Fluency in English and local language(s) Basic computer skills and knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
