Job Overview
The Service Cum Project Assistant Manager role is a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This role requires expertise in managing projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting our esteemed clients. The role requires technical expertise in genset maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and project coordination.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of gensets.
• Plan and execute project activities related to genset deployment.
• Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting support for customers.
• Coordinate with dealers, service engineers, and project teams.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service business growth.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor spare parts availability and inventory management.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to service & projects.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for CEIG/EB approvals and compliance.

• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Genset servicing, project management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in genset troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience in customer handling, AMC contracts, and site project execution.
