Manage Service CRM to assign breakdown calls, maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency
Warranty, CAMC and AMC for equipment to be managed and updated on CRM on regular basis
To create and manage preventive maintenance schedule
Delegating and directing service tasks
Monitoring the progress of ongoing calls
Managing service team engineers to ensure the team's objectives and service goals are met
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing service requests, and tracking spare inventory
Manage and coordinate equipment installation
Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance when required
To manage the field engineer attendance, tour advance and expense management
Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
