We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and customer-focused

Service Boy / Waiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude, ensuring guests receive excellent service at all times.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Welcome guests and guide them to their tables. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Attend to customer needs and respond quickly to requests. Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude with guests.

Table & Dining Area Management

Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set before guest arrival. Clear used dishes and clean tables promptly. Refill water, tissues, cutlery, and other table essentials. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times.

Order & Coordination

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order preparation. Ensure orders are served correctly as per KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket). Communicate any customer complaints or special requests to the supervisor.

Cash & Billing Support (If required)

Assist in generating bills and receiving payments (optional based on role).

Hygiene & Safety

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Maintain personal grooming and proper uniform appearance.

Other Responsibilities

Support the team in restaurant operations when needed. Assist in closing duties such as cleaning, organizing, and stock checking. Follow instructions given by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Basic communication skills. Prior waiter / service experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Willingness to wor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
