Job Summary:



The Service Crew plays a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by preparing and serving quality coffee beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient store operations. The role upholds the coffee shop's brand standards and values through friendly service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items according to company standards and recipes. Ensure beverage and food quality meet the brand's presentation and taste expectations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counter, and workstations at all times. Replenish ingredients, condiments, and supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in daily store operations, including opening, closing, and inventory tasks. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:



At least High School Graduate; college level or degree is an advantage. Prior experience in a branded coffee shop or food service environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of coffee preparation or food handling is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:



Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (about 11 kg). Manual dexterity to handle food, drinks, and cleaning tasks.
