Just Loaf American Cuisine is a well-established restaurant chain with four outlets in Kerala, known for serving delicious American dishes in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations. Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
2. Order Management:

Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions professionally.
3. Table Maintenance:

Set up and prepare tables for incoming guests. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas. Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Support your team members during busy shifts.
5. Upselling and Promotion:

Promote daily specials and upsell additional menu items when appropriate. Enhance the overall dining experience by providing suggestions and recommendations.
6. Payment Processing:

Handle bill payments accurately and efficiently. Process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
7. Compliance:

Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
