Key Responsibilities
Call customers for
service appointment reminders
Schedule and confirm service visits
Coordinate with service team regarding customer queries
Take
post-service feedback calls
Record customer feedback and service-related issues
Follow up on pending service complaints
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Support the service team in improving customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in customer service, call handling, or CRM role
Experience in automobile service industry preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
