The Service Counselor is responsible for providing continuous support and guidance to enrolled students, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory learning experience. The role serves as the primary contact point for student queries and coordinates with internal academic and operational teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of concerns. The position requires strong communication, empathy, and service orientation to maintain high standards of student engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for enrolled students and manage their service-related requirements.
Respond to student queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information related to course structure, schedules, learning platforms, and procedures.
Liaise with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of student interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to service standards, confidentiality, and organizational protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or related discipline.
Experience in counseling, academic support, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Active listening and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
Adaptable and capable of handling diverse student needs
